These terms and conditions are made by the administrators of these websites. Please read the terms and conditions completely.

Article 1 General use of the website
1.1 To use one or more facilities of the Pokerwhizz websitee you are obliged to register as a user on the Website. You must provide us with accurate and complete registration information, bound to your person and it is your responsibility to notify us of changes in the registration. If you are under 18 years old you can not use our site.
1.2 You are responsible for the security and proper use of all the registered user names you hold and passwords you use to connect to the Internet and the Pokerwhizz website. You need to ensure that this information remains confidential, be kept safe, used properly and not disclosed to others. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You should inform us directly if there is reason to believe that other people are aware, or may be using your username and password, or if there is any other way of abuse that can (will) be made.
1.3 If you forget or lose a password or username you must contact us directly and cooperate to the security checks that we may operate for security.
We reserve the right to block the username and password access to the Pokerwhizz Website (temporarily) to deny when it is likely that a security breach occurs, or the possibilty can occur in the future. You must inform us immediately of any changes you've made with regard to registration.
1.4 The Website is intended for personal, noncommercial use by the User and the User agrees to use the Website in a lawful manner.

1.7.5 Don't upload files that contain viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the computer or property of another;
1.7.6 Not advertise any goods or services for any services;
1.7.7 Don't download files from other users of the Pokerwhizz forum;
1.7.8 No contributions or any form of source text of a an author, forged or other and remove any evidence of origin or provenance, or other material contained in a file uploaded, remove or distorted;
1.7.9 Don't limitate the users rights and enjoyment of other forum users;
1.7.10 The code of conduct for Communication Services or other guidelines has to be strictly complied in these areas;
1.7.11 Don't collect Personal Data about others, including e-mail addresses;
1.7.12 Don't violate any applicable laws or regulations;
1.7.13 No false identity or the identity of another User, person or entity, for the purpose of misleading others;

1.7.14 Don't Falsify titles or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order units of the origin of the material transmitted and to disguise this;
1.7.15 No user information, or information about user groups will use, download, copy, or provide (whether or not for a fee) to a person, company or other entity. 
1.8 You indemnify us against all loss, liability, damages and costs made possible by the use and visit of the Pokerwhizz website, regardless of other decisions of courts or competent jurisdiction, including:
1.8.1 claims by third parties regarding your abuse of the Pokerwhizz website, albeit offensive, pornographic, racist, or other fraudulent use of the Pokerwhizz website;
1.8.2 claims of third party regarding the conflict of your use of the Pokerwhizz website with a copyright or other intellectual property rights of whatever kind;
1.8.3 fines and penalties imposed by regulatory and advisory bodies and authorities and trade associations, regarding the use of the Pokerwhizz website by you.
1.9 The Pokerwhizz website has no obligation to monitor the site. However, we reserve the right, by Users on the forum published material, to monitor and at our sole discretion to remove. The Pokerwhizz website reserves the right to terminate your access to the forum, or the entire site, to block, without notice, for any or no reason. 7.1 These Terms and conditions are in accordance with Belgian law and the parties hereby declare that the Belgian court has the exclusive right to, statements regarding matters and disputes arising from or related to, the Website and these Terms and Conditions. It is not allowed to transfer your rights, licensing it under the General Conditions.
